We process only the data necessary for predetermined purposes such as to provide value to merchants, make The Application function and be able to provide high-quality service to merchants. 

  • Respecting the privacy of our App Users, we do not track users on an individual basis without a legitimate reason for doing so. Meaning - we keep only aggregated and anonymized records of visitors and maintain a log of specific user activities within The Application once the App User logs in via their Shopify Admin or submits a form on our website.

  • We do not sell personal data.

  • Data Subjects can contact Support for rights-related queries.

ChatKPI may share Data Subjects’ personal information with entities that are authorized by us and to our cooperation partners, which help us to ensure our services. They might also operate as data handlers for us, like IT assistance entities (including but not limited to, email service providers, web maintenance services, server providers, etc), marketing service providers, payment service providers, etc.

Furthermore, ChatKPI may share Data Subjects’ personal information as requested for any matters related to legal, accounting, payment services or any FlipLabs, LLC administrative purposes.

At times, when cooperating with third parties (e.g. financial service providers) in addition to this Privacy Notice, the privacy guidelines of the said third parties might also be pertinent to Data Subjects’ personal information management. We encourage Data Subjects to familiarize themselves with those privacy guidelines, which can be requested by contacting Support, however we do not take any liability for their content.

  • ChatKPI will hold the personal details of Data Subjects only as long as is needed for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice, barring any legal obligation to prolong the data processing period, such as for accounting. Personal data will also be retained for the duration of the applicable statute of limitations to defend our rights against potential claims.

  • All personal data files processed by the App as per user requests are automatically deleted as long as no claims or allegations are made, which in this case the relevant data is stored and managed until the dispute is settled.
